"The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful. "

"This is a great hotel and the second time we've stayed here. The staff is very helpful and polite. Only issue we had was the service elevator was broken so the elevators were limited to customers due to staff using the regular elevators.
