"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "

"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. "Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"Lovely, spotless place with a beautiful view and good vibes. And Mel was just fantastic! She was so welcoming and fun, and gave me great recommendations on where to eat and go. "This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! I recommend it without any hesitation. And I also recommend visiting Gozo for 2 days with a rental car. There are so many places to discover and beaches to cool down (August is hot) Thank you Ramona for your hospitality, recommendations and help to book the rental car at a price lower than on internet.
