I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Hotel com estrutura excelente para toda a família, principalmente quem viaja com crianças. Possui copa baby, uma excelente brinquedoteca, salão de jogos, sala de cinema, piscina aquecida e academia. O café da manhã é diversificado (embora não haja tanta variedade de um dia para o outro).Como viajamos na época do natal luz, o hotel contava com diversas atrações diárias no clima de natal, incluindo a surpresa do Papai Noel durante o café da manhã. Normalmente nos hospedamos no centro de Gramado, essa foi a primeira vez fora do centro e não tivemos problemas, embora as tarifas do uber estivessem um pouco mais altas que outros períodos.

O quarto que ficamos era muito confortável e muito limpo. A distancia entre o cebtro de Gramado e o centro de Canela é a mesma, o que facilitava bastante o deslocamento. O hotel é muito bonito, e as piscinas aquecidas são muito gostosas. Recomendo!
