Não foi possível ficarmos no hotel. Estivemos no hotel pela manhã, antes do check-in, para verificar se estava tudo ok com a reserva e se poderíamos antecipar o check-in. A recepcionista nos informou que havia um problema na limpeza dos quartos devido à falta de pessoal e que o check-in só seria liberado após as 15h. Porém, 15 min após sairmos do hotel, recebemos um contato da recepção nos informando que o hotel não tinha mais vagas e que seríamos realocados para outro hotel da rede. Esse outro hotel ficava distante do que havíamos reservado, e perdemos um bom tempo até que a comunicação entre os hotéis fosse estabelecida e pudéssemos finalmente fazer o check-in. O segundo hotel era mais barato, mas não recebemos o valor da diferença. No segundo hotel, o estacionamento era pago, então a estadia ficou mais cara.

O lugar é muito bom! Café da manhã bem feito, bom atendimento, sempre deixavam novas toalhas, chuveiro quente (o que é bem importante no frio) e camas bem confortáveis! Meu único ponto mesmo é no banheiro do nosso quarto que na maioria das vezes molhava o chão quando tomávamos banho.

Aparentemente limpo, cheiro deve ser da mobília velha, pia do banheiro a água da torneira inunda o balcão e o chão, o acento do vaso é ruim. Houve um acidente externo que rompeu o cano de água ( isso não foi responsabilidade do hotel), mas faltou água no fim da tarde do dia 06/09, ficamos sem água pra qualquer coisa, banho só no dia 07/09. Ainda que nós chegamos no hotel fim do dia apenas para dormir. Pra nós o hotel foi tipo passagem, seria terrível se tivesse que ficar ali algum tempo ocioso. O café da manhã não é lá essas coisas. Minha análise é que precisa uma reforma nas instalações desde a recepção até a mobília. O preço pago pelo ofertado foi caro, teria conseguido melhor com certeza, e Com certeza não voltaremos.

O hotel deixou a desejar com seu aquecedor, não funcionava perfeitamente e estava muito frio. Também alguns vazamentos na pia e box do banheiro.l, também no tinha ducha no banheiro.

A estadia foi normal,deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. O chuveiro não aquecia tanto, então o banho era morno praticamente. O banheiro ficava vazando a calefação, o que gerava água empossada no chão.

O hotel deixa a desejar comparando qualidade e preço. O quarto é muito pequeno, as fotos do site não correspondem à realidade. Os sofás da recepção são velhos com aparência de sujos. As cobertas amareladas, cama de casal pequena e colchão desconfortável. Banheiro mini, mal dá para se acomodar. A internet, no terceiro piso, não funcionava.

Bom hotel, simples, apresentudo tudo que precisa

Bom hotel, tem tudo o que precisa. Água quente, calefação, limpeza e café da manhã todos com excelente disponibilidade. Único porém foi o wi-fi e sinal de dados do celular no quarto que eu estava no 3° andar, a internet pegava apenas proximo ao corredor, sendo necessário que o hotel providencie repetidores de sinal.
