I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

Muito agradável para viagem em família com crianças . Ficamos no chalé e Tinha até fogão com todos os acessórios de cozinha , taças , panela ! Super bem equipado ! Precisei de um berço e ele era de um tamanho excelente, mesmo para meu filho, que é grande , ficou bem acomodado ! Facilitou muito minha vida ! Dias estavam frios mas dentro do quarto e do hotel uma delícia devido a calefação. Café da manhã com bastante variedade .

Lugar aconchegante, porém ha alguns pontos negativos, como a tv ser pequena, internet muito ruim no local que estávamos, para assistir algo tive que usar minha internet sendo que a rede era fraca dentro do quarto, mesmo assim estava melhor do que usar o wi-fi, outro caso foi a janela que não fechava, liguei na recepção e ao enviar alguém pra arrumar ele me disse que era normal, que em gramado não precisava se preocupar.

Adoramos o Hotel! Todos os funcionários, sem exceções, foram muito prestativos, solicitos e gentis, desde a recepção, no check in ate o check out! O hotel é muito bem decorado, ainda estava com a decoracao de Natal, o que nos encantou! Quarto espaçoso e confortavel, área de lazer com sala de jogos, piscina aquecida e jacuzi interna, piscina externa, área com lareiras externas, area com patos, peixes e coelhos que as criancas podem dar ração, meu filho adorou! Um otimo hotel para ir tanto no inverno quanto no verão! Otima localização!

O hotel é bem no centro de Gramado, bonito, tudo muito bem limpo e cheiroso, ótimo atendimento. Tem natureza ao redor. Estacionamento no local gratuito.O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, acho que pra qualidade do hotel poderia ser melhor. Na segunda feira estava melhor que no domingo, mas os pães são secos, pouca variedade de salgados e os bolos doces demais. Mais valeu a hospedagem, é um lugar muito bom.
