"We had a great stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We needed to switch rooms because my wife is sensitive to chemical smells, and our first room had clearly been freshly cleaned. The manager was very accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room without any hassle. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The grounds are also decorated for Christmas right now, and they look beautiful. Overall, a very positive experience."
