"Horrible communication from the hotel stating that if you don’t check in online (through a very lengthy and outdated site) you will have to go to another of their hotels to check in, because you can’t on site. This turned out to be a lie, as they have reception staff to check you in. They just want you to do it online. Also, internet was beyond slow. Usual speeds around 2MB, going down to under 1.
