"The hotel built in 16th century so its historic. I believe it is family run and more like staying in a home rather than a hotel. You are given a key to the front door, your room & a small safe. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, but I would suggest booking trains, buses and taxis earlier than suggested. "

She accommodated all our requests, provided guidance for what sites to visit, she provided a long list of places to enjoy local cuisine and helped with all our needs. "Would have loved to have stayed more than one night. Excellent stay and service. Our room was off main floor patio but was very quiet with very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet (included!) was delicious, fresh and very ample. We greatly enjoyed Flamenco show just a minute walk up the hill from hotel entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially appreciated space to store luggage after checking out."

"This apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk's hours are very limited, but the check-in and check-out are very easy. It is the walking distance to the most attractions. We called Uber to Alhambra and then used bus back to apartment. "

"The hotel staff are entirely professional & most are at least bilingual in english & spanish - my strong recommendation for english speakers is to acquire a bit of spanish before arriving, it'll go a long way towards everyone's comfort level. This hotel is in an area near several popular plazas & the Alhambra complex, but amazingly it's VERY quiet after 10 PM. Their 4th floor terrace restaurant is excellent & you can take out items from there to your room. This hotel is a definite 4.5 star...
