Just ok

The location was easy to find and within walking distance to the rail station . Check in was friendly and the entrance is tidy. We had the twin bed in our room with only windows to the center so no view. The linnens were spotless but we found numerous long hairs at various locations on the floor. The only other things to mention is all the air-conditioning units hang in the center so there is some noise even though it is not exposed to the street and the room is quite small for the price.

Le monsieur de l’acceuil a été desagréable dès les premièrs instants. Il nous a donné nos chambres après plus de 30min de tensions. Cependant pour ce qui est des chambres elles sont plutôt sympa si vous êtes seul dedans.

Muy buen hotel, mejor de lo que esperaba

El un muy buen hotel en pleno centro de Granada, a dos pasos de todo. Ha superado mis expectativas en casi todos los aspectos. El personal es muy amable y servicial, la habitación que me tocó en la 4ª planta es espaciosa y funcional, la wifi funciona estupendamente y hay una mesa amplia para poder trabajar con el ordenador. Es hotel es mejor que muchos otros de 3 estrellas y tuve la sensación de estar casi en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Todo está muy nuevo y el cuarto de baño es muy mederno y hasta cuenta con secador de pelo. Por poner un "pero", el colchón que me tocó fue un poco duro para mi gusto. Por lo demás, todo de 10. Muy recomendable

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. En general la habitacion y el baño estaban bien, limpios y nuevos. Sin embargo a nosotros nos tocó una habitacion en la planta baja que la ventana daba a un patio interior y no habia luz natural y era un poco pequeña y agobiante

Super poloha, pohodlná posteľ, v izbe klasická klimatizácia s ovládačom. Parkovať sme museli cca 10 minút pešo od hotela a za 23€ na jeden deň. Cena ubytovania to však kompenzuje. Autobus do Alhambry cca 7 minút pešo od hotela.

La limpieza puede mejorar, pero tiene un aprobado

La ubicación es bastante buena. El servicio ahora evita el contacto así que es perfecto. La habitación está convenientemente decorada, y la cama es muy cómoda. Lo que no nos gustó fue que las sábanas no estaban suficientemente limpias. Encontramos vello en ellas antes de meternos a dormir. Además, la sábana inferior tenía una mancha que seguro debió de ver el servicio de limpieza cuando preparó la habitación.Por lo demás estuvo bastante bien. No tiene nevera, aunque en la puerta principal hay máquinas de vending.
