"Wonderful hotel and perfect location. The room was clean, bed comfortable, excellent bathroom. The A/C was keeping the room cool, no noise at all. There are nice lockers to store your luggage if needed. Although there is no reception desk, the staff greeted us on arrival and help us with everything we needed, very well organized property. We'll absolutely come back in the future!"

"We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "Good location, great communication for check in and we were able to get into our room a bit earlier too which saved us having to lug our bags around! Room has everything you need, maybe a little dated but it was comfortable."

"I made a mistake and booked for the next week. The host answered the WhatsApp at 10pm and graciously opened a room. Good customer service. No breakfast available. Room was very cold although likely due to unexpected late arrival."
