"The room walls are thin. My family and I heard a lot of uncomfortable things from the next room. The gym is tiny and hot. Our AC went out and they only took off $29. The wait staff in the restaurant were very pleasant."

"Needed to rebook the stay but was denied. Therefore, I had to pay for a night that I didn't use. The booking should be rebookable, which many other hotels offer.
