"Clean room and very helpful and accommodating staff. We stayed in late October and enjoyed use of the swimming pool (lots of deck space), dry sauna and hot tub. All were in working order and clean. Lots of towels available at poolside. Needed to ask directions to turn on hot tub jets; it wasn't obvious. Shops are accessible from inside the resort. Loved this aspect. Seagulls Restaurant food is great. We used our voucher (ask at the hotel front desk if you decline housekeeping). Had parking on the hotel property. Elevator worked. Couldn't find any working ice machines but who needs ice in October. All-in-all a great getaway."
