"Great stay at the Hyatt!!! started with a friendly staff. The room was super clean. We loved loved the breakfast every morning! Fresh! Pool was heated and clean! Great area to veg! 10 minutes to the beaches and tons of restaurants surrounding the Hyatt! Certainly recommend!!"

"This hotel is in serious need of updates and a thorough deep cleaning. We booked four rooms for a birthday trip, and the experience was disappointing from the start. One of our rooms went three days without their bathroom being cleaned, which forced us to share showers. I even had to go to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and clean myself. "The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. "

"There were only two small pillows on the king size bed. No extra pillows or blankets. There was a coffee pot with no filters. The entry and living room lights didn’t work. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. "

"The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!"

"I liked the location of this hotel. It is walking distance from Walmart and across the street from Henderson Beach which is the most beautiful beach and has the best sand! The things I didn’t care for with the hotel was the fact that the air conditioning unit barely turned on at night but was great during the day. The pillows get so flat no matter how many you have piled on. The shower pressure was horrible especially when having to get the loads of sand off from the beach."
