"A subpar stay. Definitely not up to global four seasons standards. Having stayed at numerous four seasons hotels all over the world, this is more like two or maybe three seasons at a maximum. A few things that led to this rating. 1) the room phone didn't work. I had to follow up multiple times over two days to have this fixed which led to multiple physical trips to reception to request anything I needed. 2) the pool didn't have changing rooms. Go and change in the toilet cubicle I was told. 3)...

"Razoável! Fica muito longe de tudo, tivemos que pegar táxi que só aceita dinheiro e vc se obriga a cambiar euros em DIRHAM. Possui chutel mas cobra 50 EUROS pelo transfer para Aeroporto , mesmo a moeda sendo dirham. Na chegada restaurante fechado só abria 19:00 e vc tinha que reservar o que queria. Detalhe NÃO SERVEM BEBIDA ALCOÓLICA "

"The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group."

"My name is Tamara, visiting from the US & this was my 1st time in Morocco. I love loooove everything about my stay @ Kaan. From the location, the aesthetics to the staff, the free breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the amenities, my stay was a 10 out of 10. I was greeted with a smile & an upgrade (lucky me) & that set the time for my 4 night stay. This will be my hotel whenever I’m back in Casablanca. They were worth every penny & then some. Don’t hesitate to book!!!!!"

"Clean room, good service, parking was reserved on street but there was always someone there to accommodate you. Food was good, lava cake was excellent. Beautiful view from rooftop."
