"The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was mediocre but we expected that from the photos. We arrived several hours before check-in and as we were just staying to catch an early morning flight the next day, didn’t have other plans. They let us use the pool and stored our luggage until check-in. The bad: It is close to the airport and the planes landing are very loud. There is also lots of noise from the road and other rooms. Could have been timing (Spring Break) but other residents had people in and out all night partying and we had several knocks on both the door and window throughout the night. They did not have additional pillows, the mattress felt worn in and past its lifespan, and luggage storage is in an unsecured snack/toiletry store off the reception area. We nicked named it the “La Can’t Sleep.” Consider this a motel when comparing accommodations. Overall in my top 3 worst nights stay at a hotel."

"A really great family resort. Pool and beach are perfect. The food is not great at any of the three restaurants. We got groceries and/ate out at other restaurants during our time. "

"After the third night, my shower flooded out. They changed me to another bedroom. It’s OK if you want to make a business or a quick trip I think they could fix up the Roos a little bit more. It’s just OK to me. Recommend only for Quiktrip not much for pleasure. staffs are nice not much English speaking staff, especially when it comes to housekeeping front desk was OK. "

"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"Staff was exceptionally friendly, room was clean and comfortable - had dinner at the bar / restaurant and was very satisfied - prices were good. My only disappointment was the pool area. It was very small on end of building and you had to "chase" the sun due to the building and only room for a few longe chairs."

"The breakfast is not included. You will need to pay about $18 per person to get it while it will probably cost you next door to get breakfast for 2-3 people using that $18. "
