"Comfortable bed and pillows. Sad pool wasn't open yet, but spa was, so I was pacifier. Great location for all activities and the meeting my husband and I came to the dells to attend."

"Hotel was fine in general, but the shower was out of soap when I got there. I had to pump soap from the sink into a cup to use in the shower...should NEVER happen. Ironing board was funky. Housekeeping needs to treat those like linens and wash frequently. Breakfast had powdered eggs, but great coffee. "

"The disability room we were assigned to had bed that were so high i needed a step stool to get into and tub that was so it was a trip hazard. When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here. "
