"This hotel and its staff deserve nothing less than a 10/10! The location of this hotel is what sets it apart from most - perfectly situated on the beachfront with the whitest sand and clearest water I have ever seen. The A La Carte dining throughout the day has an exceptional amount of choice and all taste healthy, fresh, and amazing, all whilst being locally sourced. Staff in the hotel could not be more helpful and attentive, especially when dining. Shout out in particular to Med, Rishi and Kenny who made our stay very welcoming. Overall, it is an incredibly good value for money stay for what you get in the hotel and on the doorstep. Things to improve: - Restaurant definitely needs some sort of air conditioning for during the day as it gets very warm and uncomfortable the further inside you are. The sea breeze helps when sat closer to the outside. - Not much else "

"A beautiful spot nestled in nature, perfect for those looking to enjoy sunshine, the sea and relaxing moments.... there are also plenty of activities 😉. Everything for everyone! Just a note about attebtion to details. Not always to a 5* standards. Missing replacement of used items in the room. Beach service not present even if staff is wondering around. [quicker to do it by yourself. Table service at the restaurants... a bit caotic. "

"Everywhere was immaculately clean . The staff were highly professional, pleasant , friendly , nothing was too much trouble , and all so genuine in their manner. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff . The glass bottom boat trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you . The view from my room was amazing . I have had 3 day packages at this hotel in previous years, all very enjoyable and this is why I wished to return to stay . As a solo female traveller I felt extremely comfortable . I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and hope to in the future. Thank you for such a great few days . "

"Absolute paradise of a location!! The views are spectacular and there is wildlife everywhere you look. The sea is crystal clear and amazing for snorkelling in the shallow reefs with so much wildlife and different ecosystems. The room was perfect for us , we stayed in a sunset junior suite with a beautiful balcony, sea views and a massive bath! The cleaning staff were great, we never had any issues with hygiene. The food was very decent and a lot of options for different eaters, the seafood is a standout. The only real negative is the lack of entertainment. We were there early February and it seemed to us on most weekdays there was no entertainment, and the ones we did have of a weekend was of a lower standard than were used to. Having stayed at Lux Belle Mare a year ago, we were surprised with the difference in entertainment. If you want quality live music of an evening choose Lux Belle Mare as there is more of an active evening scene, but if you’re looking for a very calming and slower paced holiday choose here! We would still give this hotel 5 stars, and we got engaged here in the treehouse which I would pick for any romantic celebration. The celebrations centre performed outstandingly, as all staff here do, and couldn’t have asked for a better way to propose to my now fiancé."
