"Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. "The hot tub is out of order they didn't tell us, the parking in this place is abysmal and confusing, and the check-in process was a nightmare from hell, they didn't have any of our room available and clean and they kick you out by 11:00 they have 11 to 4 to clean the rooms, that is a management and HR issue, I doubt I'll ever stay here again...."
