"The staff were very nice and friendly. The room could have been a little cleaner. There were spots in the bathroom and carpet that needed a second vaccum over but other than that comfortable bed and stay."

"There was black mold in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was nasty like it never gets cleaned. The ridge had dried stuff at the bottom of it. The sink had some rust. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly."

"I had to walk to the lobby for everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. I have never heard of a room not even having an iron. There was no one available to deliver anything to us, including fresh towels. Couldn't believe you don't have the option of getting your room cleaned any sooner than every other day. Room did not smell good because they would not even come empty the trash."

"Rude staff and manager was worse. Rooms dirty. Partially cleaned. Ac not functioning. This was two separate rooms that weren’t clean. Would never stay again."

"After 5 years of consistent stays here, we won’t be back. We arrived needing a quick shower, change, and leave for an event, but the hotel had no water. It had been cut off to the entire hotel. When we returned to our room last night, the water would only dribble from the shower heads with very little water pressure. Same again this morning. How’s the breakfast? It used to be incredible. Gone now are the fresh waffles, non-powdered eggs, etc. Replaced by a few plastic cups of pre-packaged cereal, something resembling eggs, bread you could toast, and a few bananas and apples. The bed was comfortable and that’s about all I had to say good about the hotel. It’s a shame because it used to be a really nice affordable place."
