We also appreciated the proximity to everything we wanted to see, an easy walk from many shops and restaurants, Christmas markets, Notre Dame, and Chateau Frontenac. The beautifully renovated room is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable; the sofa bed is squeaky. Bedding and towels were of good quality. The location is top notch. You can walk everywhere. "Fantastic location. You can walk through the park to the Old Town or in the other direction to Ave Cartier. Down the hill is Rue St Jean and Rue St Joseph where all of the great restaurants are. The place itself is clean and comfortable and the owners are super friendly. Totally recommend. "

"We stayed here while visiting the Christmas Markets. Although outside the market area, only a 1/2hr easy walk. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and great cafes and dinner options close by. We would definitely stay again. "

"My husband and I just had a lovely stay a Hotel Cap Diamant. This is a quaint old style hotel. Makes you feel like you’re in Europe. The room as comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful (Marie-Eve is such a sweetheart!), and it was conveniently located in Old Quebec. It was nice to have a healthy morning bite to eat. The many choices of beverage options was great. If stairs are a concern than this is not the choice for you. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel. "
