"Nous sommes arrivées a 1h du matin. L'office de réception nous attendait. La chambre est grande, spacieuse, propre et calme. Nous avons bien dormis apres une bonne douche bien chaude. Le mini frigo fait un peu de bruit ainsi que le chauffage/climatiseur. On regrettera juste le manque d'une petite bouteille d'eau a notre arrivée. Je valide et recommande."

"Nice property, but a couple of things that could help, calling and talking to someone is sometimes impossible, i left a jacket on a Sonesta airport shuttle , just getting a reply to a email seemed a monumental task, with no reply if they could or could not find it. The description of where the shuttles pick people up could be much better, even a simple picture of a typical location would help."

"Deluxe King Room is spacious, but extremely dated. Pictures online do not match what we booked. None of the furniture nor decor matches the aesthetic. Couch was uncomfortable and cushions pertained to a different couch. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Nightstands and tables were absolutely filthy and floor was not vacuumed. Horrible lighting throughout the rooms. No TV in bedroom while TV in living area was poor quality. Requested another TV for bedroom and was told that there were none...

"This hotel has gone downhill. On my 6 day stay I was limited to towels due to shortage. The first rooms were assigned had a broke bathroom fan that made an awful sound. I requested a new room. The shower in the room had a clog. They were able to fix it but the smell was awful. The couch had residue of some kind. The breakfast was always so over crowded I could never find a seat for my group of 5. We ate out. I use to love staying here. I doubt I’ll be ever going back. "
