"Wonderful place to stay . Staff were really friendly and it was very clean . Large hotel but felt very personable. Breakfast was superb so much choice great quality and all you could eat . Small touches like complimentary water every day, all toiletries supplied made a difference . Super room with balcony great view. Location perfect just on the outskirts 5 minute walk from main rail station and metro. Definitely recommend and will visit again ."

"Great staff and excellent breakfast. This hotel is conveniently located to tourist sites but currently the street, Las Ramblas, is doing a tremendous amount of construction. It is loud during daytime hours. Also, the subway station is close by and you will hear rumbling but it did not bother me. "

"House keeping was not good at all. Room was supposed to be supplied with shampoo, body wash, conditioner. We entered the room with only empty bottles of each. We had to call numerous times to get these supplies refilled/replaced. The room itself was covered in dust bunnies and had orange stains everywhere."

Nice lobby bar with good light food, great restaurant for good lunchtime/dinnertime fare, very clean room with very good housekeeping service, excellent and helpful concierge, great location (near metro, amost next to Diagonal Mar with large food selection, very easy walk to confevention center)."
