"Room was advertised as non smoking however it smelled like an ashtray. I prepaid for the room for two days and was told if I chose not to stay a refund would be considered 10-15 business days. I was also told all of the non smoking rooms smelled the same.
As soon as I left I had to wash all of my hanging clothes and clean everything that had been in the room.
Such a negative experience. I will not be staying there again nor will I refer anyone to this property. Shame on you !!!"

"Definitely a newer hotel, very clean and modern. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very polite. The room was an okay size and was for those with disabilities, the bathroom was a nice size but the bed was very low to the ground for those with disabilities but not great for someone who is very tall. Breakfast was basic nice but well presented.

"We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and having access to a clean, convenient laundry area was a big plus during our trip. The staff deserves special mention—they were all courteous, professional, and eager to help.
