"The woman who checked us in was awesome!! I would have given for stars but while we were in the pool Saturday a staff member proceeded to tell another family they needed a wristband for their child who just so happened to walk in to grab the room key from her dad. No bathing suit anything. Not to mention she told everyone that the general manager was coming so everyone needed to have wristbands on. "

"There was not the normal selections that I find at other hotel breakfasts. The pancake machine did not work. There was no sausage/gravy. No ice machines were working on any floor. However the room was nice."

She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned up so that no one would fall and get hurt and I can’t believe that he didn’t even get the next day off ?!!? anyway whoop whoop to you, Kyah‼️‼️👌👌👌❤️"

"It's kind of loud here because it's near a loud intersection. Some guests were also yelling in the evening. The room is very clean and has an updated decor, and the bed is fine. Good pillows.The exterior areas are a bit rough looking, but the staff are very nice and helpful."
