"We had the lower floor handicapped accessible room. I had many concerns about the safety of truly handicapped guests (we requested the lower floor due to bad knees). The handrail in the tub was loose, the "chair" in the tub was wobbly. We had 2 quite thin bath towels and an even thinner towel to use as a mat. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out...

"I booked this hotel due to it having both a breakfast each morning and that the room was a kitchenette. The breakfast was non-existent as that area was closed off with a sign. The room did indeed have a two burner stove...both burners were dirty but that didn't matter since they didn't work anyway. Basically, while the room was fine as a place to sleep as we went to a Cardinals game and explored the city for a couple of days, the advertisement on the website is false. I think it is wrong...

"The rooms were dark and musty smelling. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dated. Breakfast ok, no coffee second day as they ran out (unacceptable) and the pancake machine was broken both days we were there. Not Wyndham quality. They NEED to have a designating smoking area AWAY from the side entrance door as we had to walk through cigarette smoke every time we left and entered the building and the hallways had a heavy cigarette smell. Disappointed"
