"a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

"The beds were too hard for our liking. Other than that the breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. I've stayed at Hapmtons up in the Wisconsin area that had fantastic beds & pillows. I was hoping they would be the same across the board & I was unfortunately mistaken."
