Cons - no elevator, very small bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, linens were stained and dingy, no safe, no hair dryer, no clothes iron, the pool is open 24 hours so, it gets very noisy even at night with music until 9 pm. "Corpo de colaboradores extremamente disponiveis, Pedro gentileza em pessoa. A internet nao estava boa no quarto e nao foi resolvida, sugeriram trocar de quarto, mas o nosso era maior e bem localizado, optamos nao trocar. Sentimosfalta de coletores de lixo na propriedade. O hotel é sinônimo de tranquilidade. Cafe da manhã bom. Segunda cez no hotel, com certeza voltaremos."

"Todos os funcionários são muito solicitos, educados, gentis e prontos para te atender. O hotel e toda a estrutura são bons, mas está precisando de reforma e de uma atualização/modernização geral. Seria ótimo ter mais animais, tipo mini fazendinha com coelhos, galinhas, mini pôneis e vaquinhas para crianças verem e alimentarem. Caminhar sobre o paredão do açude É UM PERIGO, o parapeito é uns fios finos totalmente inseguro. Quem cair dali morre. "
