"My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. "We arrived on Sunday night at the approach of the worst winter temps and most anticipated snow fall in history and the management REFUSED to refund our second night. A 10% discount on a future stay was offered. We had to evacuate after 10 hours in the condo on a two night stay and they stubbornly would not even allow us to speak to upper level management to plead our case. HOW INHUMANE!! For a lousy $150 and loss of my future business!!"
