"This is a great hotel to stay at in Graz, it feels very upscale for the price. I liked the views from the balcony and the spacious open concept shower layout. The breakfast was also great. Transportation to the city center is only about 15 min on the tram right down the street. "

This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. "Hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, so breakfast is a must, and it's pretty good, you can even order a dish made just for you, otherwise a very good buffet. Sauna is open 12pm to 9pm, so if you're doing things during the day or want to do it in the morning, you're out of luck. Good restaurant provides dinner, but it's closed on Sunday. "
