"The location is right next to Luton airport. I used it for my early morning flight. I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge. The house had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay. "

Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. "Our second stay at this property. Chose it for its location as we were taking our granddaughters into London by train. Train station a ross the road with frequent direct trains to London. Free parking at the hotel a bonus. A nice pub nearby and a nice walk along the canal. Rooms clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. "
