Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to switch to a first floor room, which we appreciated, being two older ladies with a lot of luggage. A luggage cart was available when we checked in, but hadn’t been returned when we checked out. The only complaint is that we could hear conversations from next door and the halls, plus every footstep and shower.
