"I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest. The room itself had several issues. There was a bad smell coming from the shower, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty when we arrived. To make matters worse, the...

"The Aqua Blue need to work on their maintenance program. This was not our first stay at the Aqua Blue. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. IE: door not closing properly due to hinge coming unscrewed, stains in rugs, chair and chaise in room outdated and worn. Although the staff and location were great, they would need to do make some major changes for us to stay there again."
