Loved our stay. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use the car park and check in as our room was ready. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with lovely sea view. Breakfast was great. Good choice and all cooked fresh. Was our second visit and we would definitely return :)

Quirky 24 hrs in Yarmouth. Quick check in, bar, friendly receptionist ( family business )comfortable bed and stunning view. Walkable to everything. Slept really well. Family room 32 double and single bed with tea coffee facilities in the room.

What a delightful experience from check in to check out. Staff on arrival were welcoming, cheerful and polite. My room was a sea view and didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable bed and clean room/en-suite with ample treats. Looking forward to my next stay.

A lovely hotel opposite the delightful Water Gardens, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was kept nice and clean, the bar was wecoming and comfortabke, the restaurant was excellent, overall a great stay! The only negative was the low power in the shower, which meant it took a bit longer! I am happy to highly recommend this Hotel in GreatYarmouth. I

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, with a sea view and a comfortable bed. We had dinner in the dining room which was exceptionally well appointed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Everything was cooked to order and arrived hot. I would thoroughly recommend the full rack of ribs - it was the best I have tasted! There are plenty of options for breakfast, again everything was well cooked and served hot. I would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

Good, comfortable, great value, good food and lively even though out of season. Suffers the standard British hotel disease of curtains that don't keep out the lights at night (I bring a blindfold). And I don't award eco friendly stars because I have no idea what happens behind the scenes. So long as water goes down the sink & WC without leaking into the kitchen how the hotel manages its statutory duties is up to them. Definitely recommended.

Short Break

It was a very welcoming and friendly Hotel and Food was hot and well presented with a good choice and service was excellent. Our room was small but contained all we needed and a very good shower. The only downfall was that we had no view out of our window as it had been covered in obscure glass - our view was fire escape and car park, but even that would have been better to have looked at than no view at all.
