"Okay, so when I got in, I asked if I could drop my bags off 6 hours before check in. She said I could, but could also pay $50 for early check in… for that early was a great deal so I took it!
Went to go into my room, door was jammed really bad but they got security up there ASAP and decided it was best to change rooms so I was moved immediately and in a different room. The view wasn’t the same, but it’s not a huge gripe to me.
Due to this issue of a missed bay view, I asked if it was possible to get a complimentary late check out and the lady took care of me no issue.
I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I don’t expect perfection, and any issues were addressed promptly and respectfully. I’ll be staying here again when I’m in Miami!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, and they are refusing to refund one of the duplicate charges even though it was clearly an error.
It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and then have to fight just to get your own money back. Communication has been terrible, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you stay here. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others."
