"When booking 2 bed in a room, most of the time, they offer only 1 set if towels. This is happening all the times. One if the showe hose was hanging in the shower room. There is no room cleaning g since Covid year 2021."

With some improvements in upkeep and service, this hotel could offer a much better experience."
