"They moved me to another hotel,because they overbook. Even though I made my reservation last summer. The new hotel was disgusting Bed Bugs ,Ripped and Stained Sheets , mildew in the bathroom, No hot water. I had to beg for towels. I have pictures of the stains , mildew and bedbugs. This experience ruined my vacation. I will never stay with this chain. I doubt I will use hotels.com ever again!!!"

"i called on 02nd april to hotel providing all the information replied no room, after more conversation agreed but on 4 th we arrived hotel there is no room is blocked for us., they said no vacancy, and after pressure they agreed to give room, but not immediately, we drooped our luggage and we went biz meeting , by night 10.30 pm only we occupied our room, we are not satisfied with Expedia as well as room management"

"Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. "

"The staff appear to have a policy of booking you into their main hotel , the one at Anand Lok, then moving you out to one of their two sister hotels, when and whenever the fancy takes them. This happened to me TWICE IN ONE TRIP - when you come back in the evening and they tell you they no longer have a room and it is night time, you have no choice but to move. "Room cleanliness is '0' and the toilet is worst. Not properly maintained the utilities inside the room. The electric water kettle seems to be never ever cleaned after it is kept inside the room. The curtains are full of dust. Very much disappointing. I would never ever suggest this hotel. "
