"We celebrated our Anniversary & was extremely happy with the room & service. We received a room upgrade (no extra charge) due to our room not being ready at check-in. "Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. ..."
