"bedroom tv was out of date so none of the apps worked. the tvs weren't tuned properly so most channels were missing. the internet seemed to be faulty so was connected via a different apartment. the connection was flaky, dropped out constantly. the kitchen amenities were basic, no cooking utensils. no soft lighting in living area only bright harsh kitchen lighting...had to use a lamp from bedroom, though no side table to put it on. windows are floor to ceiling and only roller blinds so you're...

"I have stayed at this property on a few occasions it’s in a great location, very clean however upon the arrival this time my key was not in the key safe had to wait for a response to then be directed to a spare key safe at the other end of the property this did not open however there was a key in a bowl on the table under the key safes I tried this and it worked feel like the security of the keys need to be manned better as anyone could of accessed the apartment I booked "

"The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. "Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience."
