"No good for disabled as beds are only 2 inches off the floor made entered the room at 7:45 am without knocking as I was taking a shower absolutely disgraceful. She also had a child with it and I think this is totally unacceptable. Definitely avoid at all costs very noisy of a night felt like sleeping in the university campus."
