"Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

"Room was very clean, comfy and felt like home. The family that ran the B&B was so kind and sweet. This is the place to stay if you are in Ortigia. It's a gem. The roof-top balcony gives you a breathe taking scene to look at while enjoying a simply yet delicious breakfast, which you can change daily. The Pistachio Croissants are delicious, I ate at least two each morning. You are feet from the water, restaurants and shops. If you are ever in need the family will help you in any way they can. "The beautifully decorated B &B felt curated. Decorated with love and care. Bravo. Our fourth floor room was wonderful- but a little too challenging for carrying bags up the stairs! Narrow and steep. There was lemonade to be made from lemons - there was a beautiful, large terrace exclusively for us. Manuela was exceptionally helpful. She sat down and mapped all the charms of Ortigia. Her weekend replacement was lovely. The B & B offers a wonderful breakfast for 10 euros. Enough for 2. "

"The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "

"Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal. A true gem!"
