They wouldn’t let me check in with digital id and tap to pay. It is a thing still at hotels to have physical card due to a lot of fraud…but Fairfield Inn just down the street quickly found a way to make it work.

The pool was disgusting and needs cleaned. The entire place seems like it’s half under construction with a lot of edging missing. Our room was old, pillows sucked and the furniture needs replaced. You should also have the rooms cool for your guests. We arrived and the AC was off and it felt like a sauna in our room. The office chair plastic was peeling away.

Hallways not vacuumed. Slow shower drains, drippy shower, air conditioner was loud and make squealing noises. Found a beer bottle top by my bed and floors were not swept on arrival. Staff was helpful but will not stay there again.
