Overall it was fine but it’s not well kept. No hand soap in the bathrooms, towel holders and TP holders falling off the wall, sink plugs not connected, stained carpets and cleaning could be better. But it wasn’t dirty, beds we’re comfortable enough and it worked for what we needed. Would be easy to make this a 5 star place with a little maintenance and accommodation.

The good: Very conveniently located; spacious. The bad: Basic furniture, some of low quality. The ugly: Not well maintained or cleaned. The very ugly: Expedia support reps were useless with this rental. The rental owner will email you requesting info prior to check-in. Expedia reps will say "that is spam, delete and block immediately". That is false. You have to respond in order to "check in". There is no physical check-in desk, which I think Expedia reps assume. The fight between Expedia reps, my logic and LOTS of emails from the rental manager was nuts.
