"When checking in, the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly nor was she helpful. The next day (Tuesday), I had to go back to the front desk, and some young girl was working, and she gave me incorrect information. I had to check out early, due to a death back home, and I was looking to get reimbursed for the days we would not be using. I was told to get in touch with Expedia. I contacted them and they said they would have to get the manager to sign off. They were no help at all and I will...

"The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We slept well after a day of travel. The shower water was hot, they had hair dryers upon request from the front desk, and plenty of towels/washcloths for us. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, no matter how short."
