"The hotel has always been wonderful. Unfortunately this time my wife became ill and we were unable to go to the Nailers game and didn’t need the hotel. We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost of the room."

"This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). We were also charged for data usage which we were not informed of being charged. There a 2 other hotels in the area that we had better experiences. Therefore, we will...

"Great location and upscale neighborhood close to Interstate. My room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent too, a very thoughtful and well-prepared selection breakfast choices. "

"The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed."

"I often stay here when I’m in town. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Hot Breakfast decent processed food. Kids love the pool and I like the hot tub, although, the chlorine levels need adjusting. It’s is way too strong."

"Nice for a quick overnight stop with our dogs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. It could have just been a guest not following the rules, but the hall outside our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were happy that the room did not smell at all. "

"We needed a place to stay for one night on a long drive. The room was nice, but the hot part of the breakfast wasn’t as good as we normally expect. "

"Spent the weekend for AAU basketball tournament. This hotel was very clean, friendly staff and was nice having kitchenette. I don't usually sleep well my first night in a hotel, but bed was very comfortable and was very quiet! Even with the window to front of building. Would definitely stay there again!"
