"The room was awful, there were stains on the walls and holes in the ceiling were I realized once held the drapes. So no privacy in the room. Also the lamps were frayed. I will give them props on the kitchen and bathroom being very clean. I was told it was the only room available so there was no option to change rooms. I have stayed in this property prior and had been quite pleased with my room. This time not at all!"
"Getting to the building was a little bit confusing at night time, but I think that’s primarily because of the construction that was going on around the area."
"Everything about this hotel was AMAZING. I would definitely stay again. My one and ONLY complaint is i wish the pool wouldve been a bit warmer. they should definitely warm it up more because it was cold but nonetheless it was an amazing stay."
"We have previously stayed at this hotel in the past several years. It's nice to have a full size fridge and microwave in the room. This time, some of the fixtures in our particular room (shower grab bar, toilet paper holder) needed to be repaired, and the shower/toilet space was very small. Our room was by one of the outside door entrances and on the side adjacent to a busy highway, so it was noisier than ideal; next time we will request a quieter room. The breakfast bar includes more options than most hotels that offer a breakfast-included perk, and the coffee was good. The staff was friendly. My husband enjoyed swimming in their pool. Overall it is still one of our favorite hotels to stay in the Morris Plains area for overall value and needed amenities."
"Fresh? The only thing that was so called fresh was apples that looked old. No pastries, only white bread not really impressed. But the waffles were great "

2/10 Terrible
"I paid for a City View and two beds, they gave me 1 bed first and 2 bed no view the second time. I had to change 3 different times and they charged me for the change. "
Staybridge Suites East Stroudsburg - Poconos by IHG
8/10 Good
"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "
