"Very nice staff. Limited contact. Apts were too close for a peaceful night. Units are very outdated and basic. Air conditioning is excellent though. Best part was proximity to best beaches. Uber extremely reliable. I am a solo female senior traveler. Will go back to the island and choose a bigger property. "Pool" is really a hot tub. Just saying."

"Our stay in the Hawksbill Penthouse was an absolute dream vacation. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the photos simply could not capture the breathtaking beauty of the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean. The pool was peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant offered fantastic food and exceptional service, and the beach was absolutely perfect. "I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. "The staff was nice and accommodating. Best part about the resort was the staff. The resort was not clean to my standards. For example the resort room floors had the same trash and stains on the floor the entire time. The food was just decent and at some times good. Nothing to write home about. The drinks were delicious and the staff did a great job keeping the drinks coming. The resort is beautiful. I would stay again due to the staff being so friendly and accommodating. "On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe...
