"While the restaurant was excellent, the hotel quaint and the town wonderful, there were a few concerning features of my stay. The elevator was out for my entire stay with no advance notice, necessitating carrying a suitcase up and down a steep staircase. The carpet in the room was very extremely old appearing, and the bed was very uncomfortable without support and left me with a backache. For the high price, I was disappointed. There was no refrigerator or safe in the room either."

"Very clean and well maintained property. The rooms were quiet and spacious compared to other motel 6. Definitely recommend this location and will be returning for another visit."

"Needed a dog friendly place to stay in Jackson for one night. Pros: dog fee only $25, friendly staff, pool looked inviting (although we didn’t use it), clean and comfy bed, AC worked well, quiet and safe. Con: room had an odor to it…hard to tell if it was smoke or new paint or funk and breakfast had limited selection of healthy options, room in tv was small, only one very small patch of fake turf for dog to go potty…lots of big weeds elsewhere. Overall a nice, affordable place to spend the night. And it shared a parking lot with a delicious Indian & Nepali restaurant!"

"The staff at check in was very polite and professional but the lady in the morning must of had a bad night I called to ask if I could please have a 30 minute courtesy late check out for I was running a little late and she said definitely not. We are very busy right now. I cannot do this. She could’ve told me another form or sorry. Unfortunately we’re so busy ma’am but the way she went about it was very rude. Then this afternoon I get a call from From Days Inn and I thought I haven’t even complained. Maybe she realizes she was rude because my exit for my room I took a video to show that no one was even working. There were no carts like they were cleaning the rooms or anything and in my video I say she was very rude but no the call was to tell me that I was not getting my security deposit back because I had removed a smoke alarm from the closet or something. I told her ma’am I don’t even smoke. I just had knee surgery. There’s no way I don’t know where it was at. There’s no way I could’ve done that. I don’t know where it was when I walked in. I didn’t see anything and it’s a matter of fact I didn’t even use their closet. I didn’t iron. I didn’t do anything because I had no time I went over to my daughter’s to continue getting ready. I told her I wanted to speak with someone else and she said I would have to call back on Tuesday so no unfortunately my experience there was not very pleasant. I believe that staff member just might need a little training because I don’t believe any"

"The breakfast had no attendant so I Went to the front desk. The coffee machine was in need of cleaning and resetting. There were no boiled eggs and the waffle maker was out of service all morning. Thank goodness our room was spacious"
