"It was not clean and Overlook not well maintained"

"Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine."

"Upon arrival. There is mo complimentary water. The receptionist said the complimentary water and slipper are for those regular customers only. I can’t imagine how they will attract a new client…."

"If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"No ice machine, freezer but no ice cube trays; spider in bathroom (looked like a brown recluse, yes I checked the internet)' bedspread had stain; no hair dryer; don't think floor was mopped in a very long time; will never stay at a Red Roof again!"

"Stayed here while we attended a family wedding. Hotel is a little dated but overall very clean. Front Desk staff was very friendly, especially Ramesh. We had two rooms and were surprised to find out some rooms have been updated while others have not. Our son's room had laminate flooring while ours still had carpet. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable."

"Denise was very helpful during my stay. She made checking in and out easy. The only disappointing thing about my stay was the pool was closed. Breakfast was also good and I appreciated the freshly ground coffee available 24/7."
