"I PRE PAID FOR 2 ROOMS FOR 1 NIGHT AND DUE TO CHEMICAL FIRE ON INTERSTATE I 65 WE COULD NOT MAKE OUR CHECK-IN UNTIL 0130. THE OTHER ROOM WAS NEVER USED BECAUSE OUR OTHER TRAVELER DID NOT GET TO LAGRANGE UNTIL 10 AM (AFTER SCHEDULED CHECK OUT) IS IT POSSABLE TO GET CREDIT FOR THE ROOM WE COULD NOT USE?"

"The place was clean. There were no pots, pans, dishes, glasses or eating utensils in the room. "

"Our room was not clean and had a weird smell. The toilet had not been flushed and wouldn’t flush; the maintenance man came and took care of it. The front of the fridge and the dishwasher were nasty and streaked and there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front desk said there were no more rooms to move us to. Besides our room, the rest of the property seemed in good shape and clean. When you walk into the lobby, it smells great and looks inviting. "

"When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the drawers, beer still in the refrigerator, and old fries on the floor. Additionally, one of the beds appeared to have been used and was not fully made."
