"There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away."

Staff was friendly! Breakfast was good with lots of options. They do charge a $150 incident fee but you get it back 3-5 business days after stay. I haven’t gotten mine back yet. Quiet stay. Would recommend :)"

"The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. "This is a reasonable and clean space. 1 TV in the livingroom is disappointing if you have multiple ages and family members. Gym is impossible to find without asking for help. Lack of parking availability is a big issue. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and also becomes a paid parking lot on the weekends. Spaces reserved for Hughes with never a car in them but no spaces reserved for the Mint Hotel. It is quite possible, you will be sent a block or more away looking for parking, have...
